Good point, but for the smol-brained reader, what protein supplement should I be using?

What I do is shoot for 200 g protein per day (~2 g/kg body weight/day of protein) of meat-based protein, though other food sources can make up the difference if I only get 100-150 g/day. Beef protein isolate or egg protein isolate may be a good option as a supplement, but I don't know enough about their synthesis to comment on it knowledgeably.
